Karabella is the first collection produced by MHC. The pieces are mostly made of blue chambray, a fabric used in Haiti’s traditional attire for the “paysanne”(woman farmer).Primary colors such as red and blue are used to complement the chambray, add power and ground the pieces. Beautiful motifs are hand painted on several looks for flair and to further incite interest. Can you spot Haiti’s national bird? or flower?
